RETURN / EXCHANGE / cancellation POLICY

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Moxie Cheer Apparel assumes no liability on delays or failure to make delivery date due to supply shortages, raw materials, labor, or to conditions over which we have no control; including weather, delays of couriers, customs, accidents, strikes, war, national holidays, or other uncontrollable causes. While every effort to make a delivery date will be made, we cannot guarantee it due to unforeseen conditions out of our control. Thank you for your understanding!

 

 

Need to return or exchange something you just received? We are here to help! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions.

 

      Your 100% satisfaction is our number one priority therefore all Moxie Cheer Apparel is backed by our guarantee of quality. Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product.  Please ensure that your order is correct & that all artwork has been thoroughly looked over and approved before order placement.  ALWAYS send project scope & revisions requests, as well as order approval, via a written method, such as online form or email. Rest assured, if we make a mistake, we will always make it right. Any defective item due to our own cause or error, will be fixed if possible, or replaced if a fix is not possible.

 

All items for repair or replacement must be sent to us for inspection to validate your claim (within 30 days of receiving merchandise).

Not Eligible for return:

 

  • Items described as "Final Sale" or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • NO CUSTOM DESIGN APPAREL MAY BE RETURNED, NO EXCEPTIONS!  Only exception is a MFR defect, in which case we will fix the error, or replace if the error or defect is not fixable. MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS.
  • We will NOT replace or repair items due to natural wear and tear, or improper care.
  • For non-custom apparel: Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
  • Most, if not all of our products are custom made  "print-on-demand", or printed when ordered,  and we do not stock inventory. Therefor we cannot refund or exchange items due to customer ordering the wrong size or other error. Please make sure you order correct sizing of apparel. Each products in our online store  (if open) will have a sizing chart located in the image gallery section of each product, as well as the Size Chart page of site. If you do not see a size chart and need one, or need physical sizers, please call or email us & we will send asap.

 

 

Return shipping charges information:

 

Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.

Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping. If a return is needed due to MFR error, we will pay the shipping for you! Inquire for a return shipping label by Moxie. Does not include  items with normal wear and tear or improper care.

 

 

How do I return an item?

1. Contact Customer Service at info@MoxieCheerapparel.com

2.Customer Service will issue you an Return Code after your return has been accepted.

3. Write your Return Code on the outside of the package you are returning (your package will be returned back to you if this is not done) and include a copy of your receipt inside.

4. Ship your package back to:

5. If return item(s) qualify, you will be issued a credit stating the amount returned to either your store credit account or back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of us receiving your return. Custom apparel items cannot be returned for credit or refund, but will be fixed or replaced as needed, due to MFR defect only.

 

Exchange

 

  • If your retail/stock (non-custom) item is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for store credit/exchange/repair of item at same or lesser value.

 

  • NO CUSTOM DESIGN APPAREL MAY BE EXCHANGED!  Only exception is a MFR defect, in which case we will fix the error, or replace if the error or defect is not fixable.

 

  • You have 5 days from the date your order is delivered to return the item to us If the return arrives after 10 days from the date the order was originally received by you, the customer, it will be refused.

 

  • Once you receive the exchanged item, the same rules apply if you need to return or exchange it (so if you need to return the exchanged item, you will have the usual 5 days from date of that delivery to qualify for a refund, 15-30 days to qualify for store credit/exchange). This applied only to retail stock items, and NOT custom made apparel.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may change (add/subtract) to and from your order any time before production has begun.  Please email us or your Sales Rep to determine if production has started on your order. If any additional charges apply, your sales rep will notify you.

 

  • Any additions to your order after production has begun will be treated as a separate, new order, with new delivery date and sales confirmation.

 

  • Any subtractions to your order after production has begun will be your responsibility, and may incur new charges, as quantity can heavily effect pricing of an order.

 

  • Once we’ve received your sizes and you have paid, your order for custom-made garments is no longer eligible for cancellation.
